जब- जब हम गिरे, सँभालने वाले तुम थे,
आंच हम पे आई, पर जलने वाले तुम थे,
जब तक तुम हो, तभी तक हम हैं II
भूख हमें लगी ,मिटाने वाले तुम थे,
नींद हमें न आती हो,पर जागने वाले तुम थे
जब तक तुम हो, तभी तक हम हैं II
प्यास हमें लगी हो, तो सागर तुम थे ,
ख्वाब हमें देखने हो तो जरिया तुम थे
जब तक तुम हो, तभी तक हम हैं II
आँखों में पानी हो होने पर भी सहने वाले तुम थे ,
मन की बात को दिल की गहराई में जड़ने वाले तुम थे II
जब तक तुम हो, तभी तक हम हैं II
हर कठिनाई का सामने करने वाले तुम थे ,
सब कुछ सहते हुए भी,उफ़ तक न करने वाले भी तुम्ही थे,
जब तक तुम हो, तभी तक हम हैं II

is very sad that we speak different languages and i cant understand your poem in hindi, im sure that must be 10 times better than in english... it always happens with translated texts, movies... whatever..
well, i told you in orkut my favorite parts of the poem so i just have to say now that i liked the idea to write a poem for your mother. its beautiful pay a tribute to your mom :)
one day we will publish a book with our poems, right? hahahah
